Up to 68 days is normal but if you see signs of labor (not eating, drop in temp, restless, pains) take her in asap. I'd take her into the vet for an x-ray to make sure something isn't wrong on or before 68 days just to be safe. Take her temp and see if it's over 99. If it's over 102 could be infection, 100 she's just not ready, 99 she should have them within 24 hours or go in for c-section.
