Your cat may have a bad flu or sinus infection. Try some chicken stock and if that don't work, go to a vet

This cat needs to be examined by a veterinarian.  Nasal discharge is most commonly seen with feline upper respiratory complex.  Difficulty breathing may indicate pneumonia or other primary lung disease.  Severe respiratory disease leads to problems breathing, eating and drinking.  This cat needs a chest x-ray to screen or pneumonia and fluid on the lungs.  It also needs supportive care to increase respiration and regain appetite/thirst.  Dehydration is a severe complicating factor.  Cats can develop a disease called hepatic lipidosis when they stop eating even for just a few days.
This is a very sick cat and needs veterinary medical attention.
