How Do I Lose My Belly? Any Thoughts On Relacore?

I am new to this site. I already workout about a hour a day. Three to four days a week. But my belly just wont go away.

    Losing belly is not an easy task. However, with determination and being consistent you can do it. First of all avoid meat and all fatty foods. Keep the work out going, make it everyday and emphasize on the areas that would make a difference to your belly (with the help of your trainer). Try it at least for a month. And then see the results. Be patient.
