There are no age limitations for marriage in some countries and a man or woman can get married at any age after getting young. The only thing, which is to be considered whether you are physically and mentally ready to go for it. As far as your question that you think your child is too young to get married and you don't know whether you should pay the marriage expenses or not.
I think it is always a wrong step to get those children married who are too young or too matured to go for it. Marriage is a step with great deal of responsibilities and too young children and immature people should not go for it. From your question I can very well smell that your child is not an earning member and he can't afford marriage expenses. First of all make him realize that his age is not enough for marriage and he should postpone it until he starts earning and ready to cope up with the responsibilities of marital life. Even then if he does not realize or understand, then boycott with him and let him take his own decisions.
