Basically Meteorology is the science that takes into account the atmosphere of the earth and it focuses on forecasting weather conditions and its variations. The experts have divided the atmosphere into upper, middle and lower levels with every level having its own characteristics.
In order to forecast the atmospheric conditions weather radars, aircraft weather stations, weather satellites, ocean weather stations, data processing centers and many other arrangements have to be there. Meteorological stations are also set up which have equipment like pyranometers, anemometers, wind vanes and different kinds of gauge recorders have to be fixed in different places on earth.
