I think you should talk to some one you feel safe talking to and if that don't work I can help you. I know how you feel. But don't hurt your self it dosen't work it just hurt you more . I don't know you and I feel bad so don't do it.

If you are feeling this way right now, it is important for you not to be alone..  Seek a friend, family member, or counselor in person or by phone immediately, even if this person only sits with you (phone or in person).  You can talk or just do nothing together, but there is nothing worse than being alone when you feel this way.

Depression, as you already realize, is a serious matter than can in fact be deadly.  If you are often feeling this way, please consider seeing a counselor or a psychiatrist, who can help determine  if your depression is due to chemical imbalance that can be corrected with medication and/or therapy.  It is so important that you do not simply shrug off clinical depression as though it were only a matter of being sad or having the "blues", for it is a completely separate condition, with origins in the chemistry of the brain, which linger no matter how strong one might have a resolve to "feel better" or "pull themselves up by their bootstraps" or try to "feel positive.  Sometimes, moderate exercise (which is usually the last thing someone in depression feels like doing!) can help, as the activity can stimulate endorphins and can temporarily help.  Long term, if this feeling of depression is constant or regular, it it critical to see a professional who can assist.

Meanwhile, know that you are not alone in suffering, and try to keep the mindset of "one moment at a time" so you are not overwhelmed.  Be in the present, not in the past - not in the future, but just right now, take care of yourself one moment at a time and know you can come out on the other side.  Sending encouragement and hope your way, my friend.

You should really try to get some help.  Hurting yourself is not an option.  Call family or old friends and talk with them.  I am sure they would be happy to help you.

Sometimes talking to complete strangers may help.... I know in the past for me -family or friends didn't seem to be an option to talk to or they were too close to the situation.  There are 800 number where you can block you number call and vent to someone.  Have you spoken to your Dr?  I also know if you are feeling really down and none of those are an option you can call 911 if you need a ride-- and they can (or you can ) go to any ER> they will help you.  Be honest with your self and those around you.  Just the fact you put this question out there shows you dont wanna die... Please don't hurt your self --  Sometimes its just a matter of venting some times its more... But taking a chance to look into it is worth it.
