It is completely possible to exercise whilst pregnant and it certainly won't harm the baby. Swimming is a particularly good exercise to do, as the feel of the water can help to ease back pain. Some women even do yoga whilst pregnant! However, there are certain rules to follow with that as many of the poses are quite strenuous, especially on the tummy. Jogging is another option, and many women continue to jog all throughout their pregnancy. It all depends on what you are comfortable doing. If it is something that you usually do, you can usually do it until your tummy starts to get in the way. However, it is always best to seek advice from your doctor just to be on the safe side.
