Where Do I Find The Torque Converter For A Dodge Neon?

Answer Question

Do you mean; where on the vehicle you find the TC?
If so, the torque converter is inside the bell housing which is connected to the front of the  transmission, down low, near the back of the engine.

While driving my car between 30-50 mph is gets stuck. I can push the gas but it only reeves the engine up. If I slow down to 10 mph or stop then go again there is no problem. It only happens once or twice on my way to work. 2001 dodge neon
