A blind carbon copy (Bcc) is a way to send an email message without revealing the recipient's address. So hopefully (Cc) is then self-explanatory. ♥Nassy

CC is carbon copy and BCC is blind carbon copy.
The main diffrence between CC and BCC is
1) In CC, the person addressed in the TO field in the mail will be able to see the persons addressed in CC and will be able to understand that the mail had also been sent to the persons in the CC.
2) In BCC the person addressed in the TO field in the mail will not be able to see the persons addressed in BCC. However the mail will also be delivered to the recepients in BCC.
In official mails it is not generally a good practice to use BCC field unless otherwise it is essential.
Thanks

Cc stands for carbon copy and is actually kind of a holdover term from when memos, letters etc were actually typed on a typewriter. In order to make a copy of a letter in the good old days, you would put a sheet of carbon paper between two sheets of paper and the carbon paper would make a copy of what you typed on the top sheet. At the bottom of such a letter or memo would be the note cc: And then the name(s) of whoever was receiving a copy of the letter or memo in addition to the addressee.
Bcc in email means blind carbon copy. Not all recipients know who is being sent copies in this case.
