Every employee's performance are evaluated how can an employer can check the performance of a secretary, and which method is best for appraising a secretary?

Establish objectives that the Secretary should reach by the end of a specified time period. When that time comes, use template to chronicle how well the employees met those goals. For example set the objective to enter all clients onto the data-base with relevant details, contact information etc no later than 7 days from initial contact. Then check!
