    The fourth Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, earned $892 million worldwide. It was the highest grossing film of 2005 and the 9th highest grossing film ever. The first film, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, earned $900 million worldwide, making it the highest grossing Harry Potter film, with Goblet of Fire just behind it.

    Harry Potter  Potter and the Goblet of Fire earned $102 million at the North American box office, which was the most that a Harry Potter film had ever made within its first week of release.

    The DVD of the film has a place in the Guinness World Records as a result of being the fastest selling DVD ever. It is the fastest ever selling DVD in the UK, with six copes being sold every second on the day it was released (20 March 2006). It sold 1.4 million within its first week of release.
