The colostrum generally comes in anywhere from about a week up to sometimes not even until the pups are born so you should be close. The way you actually tell when your pup is in labor is that the temperature drops to around 98. The pups arrive within 24 hours of that (usually sooner) or there's a problem. As the colostrum is in, you should start taking her temp. Now. Their actual milk does not come in until 3 or 4 days after the pups are born. She should be checked out within 24 hours of giving birth to be sure there isn't anything retained to cause infection (if the number of pups is fewer than those counted on the ultrasound or x-ray that's a good indicator, lol) and that everything went well in general. Good luck!
