What Colours Will I Get In Gerbils?
hi i have a female gerbil who is pregnant and she is black with white bit under her chin a 2 white slits of white in her frount paws,and he is lilac(grey) with white white bit under his chin . what coulors will the pups be i do not know the genetics. thanx lizzie

Well you will definitely get a mixture of of both in the litter. And maybe you'll get a color pup that you don't expect. Like a brown one. Genes are funny that way. The colors may mix like having not only black and white but grey as well. I'm thinking that you will have at least one that looks like the mom and one that looks like the dad.
