There is not a way to get the exact date of conception...sperm can live in the fallopian tube for 5 days giving the sperm plenty of time to fertilize the egg then implantation has to take place so a meer 1-2 weeks after having sex you actually become pregnant..... The doctors just guess by your last period and how big the unborn child is etc...
