How Do You Make Hollandaise Sauce?

    Hollandaise sauce is a French sauce basically prepared from egg yolks, butter and lemon juice. If made properly, it will form a creamy smooth texture, whereas, if not, it will be separated in gradients, resulting nothing but an oily and messy form without any smoothness. To prepare Hollandaise sauce, one must need 2 cup of butter, 2 well-beaten egg yolks, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ˝ tsp salt and ˝ tsp cayenne pepper. Now melt butter and add beaten egg yolks into it. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon till it becomes smooth and creamy on the surface. Mix lemon juice with it gradually while stirring. Let it be more thickened. It will not be served hot, but of course warm.
