It's possible that she has a thorn in her leg, but there could also be underlying reasons for it too. She could have a rash of a sort, or have been bitten by a bug or spider perhaps.
There are veterinarian sites that you can go to just type in veterinarian in the google search bar, or Msn search, you'll go to a whole list of them in there.

You can ask them about it, some or most of them might cost a fee, but it would be worth it.
If all else fails, you can take her in to a vet, and see if they can work with you on a payment plan if that's a problem for you. Hope this helps, good luck.
