    Before Damon Hill entered the world of Professional racing he had worked both as a laborer as well as a motorcycle courier in order to support his further education. Things were not always this tough for the young Damon Hill. He was the son of the Legendary Formula One Champion, Graham Hill and he had attended Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School, a prestigious school in Hertfordshire. However in 1975, his life and that of his family changed forever when his father died in a plane crash. Damon was only 15 years old and his troubles and his struggle was just beginning. Damon worked hard and relentlessly and it is no small feat that this motorcycle courier went on to become a Formula Champion.

    Damon Hill married Georgie and today they have four children, Oliver, Joshua, Tabitha and Rosie. Damon and Georgie are active supporters of charities related to Down syndrome (their son Oliver suffers from Down syndrome.
