    The perception in context with business is generally used in impression management. The term 'Perception' means a process in which one attempts to perceive or achieve knowledge about the other individual on the basis of the person's past and current experiences, cultural factors, the factors governing his own personality etc. It is basically the understanding the sensory elements in the context of one's own personality and cultural factors. It is very important for the individuals to be perceived good by the others especially in the business environment.
