How Do I Obtain An Airfare Quote For Two Dogs Leaving Oslo, Norway And Arriving In DFW Airport In Texas?
I live in the Dallas, Texas and would like to import two puppies under the age of 12 weeks from Oslo, Norway. I have been unsuccessful in getting an on-line price quote for this one-way trip. These pups would weigh less then 10 pounds combined also. I'd be curious if it would be feasible for me to fly over and return with them as 'carry-on baggage'? PLEASE ADVISE...

Flying over to get them and bringing them as carry on is the only way you are going to be able to until it gets a lot cooler. Airlines will no longer fly animals in the cargo area after the temp either at origin, destination, or stopover is 80 degrees F. Call the airlines, they can quote you, but be prepared to call several airlines as not all will let you bring them onboard. Some do though, I know because I was trying to find out similar info last summer.

I would just call the airline directly. If you know how much they weigh individually, there isn't any reason that they can't tell you. Hope this helps, good luck.
