Get a caulking gun and a tube of clear silicone. You should be able to put it in them and seal it making it waterproof to stop the leak. If you don't have a caulking gun you can pick one up along with the tube of silicone at a place like lowes, home depot etc. It should be fairly cheap and you may need to get more then one tube of silicone depending on how long of a gap you need to seal.
