    I am diabetic and  myself and carbs in general should be very limited. But we should keep very little in our diets so don't completely get rid of it . Portion size and sugar levels should be more important for example plan your food when you will eat it .. Carbs are also important its the portion that matters. Because remember carbs turn into sugar in your body
