How Old Do You Have To Be To Be A Babysitter?

Well this isnt law but i believe the best age for babysitting is around 15 or 16.  Around this age many are in the beginning stages of maturity and can typically handle themselves as well as others.

I think from age 13 if the child is mature enough to take care of a child.  Some children mature faster than others.  Then some children have younger siblings and have helped their Mother's, so they have experience in taking  care of smaller children. Take care.

13 is generally accepted by most countries, but it depends on the maturity and ability of the child!
