    There are two possibilities:

    First is your cat is suffering from hookworms causing diarrhea and vomiting and even weight loss. This is the disease that is common in pets.

    Second one is heart stroke. This is due to bad food. Take some blood test to know what is the actual. You need to take your cat to vet as soon as possible
