Is It True That When Rattle Snakes Rattle And Get Killed By Humans, The Ones That Don't Stay Alive And Pass This Gene On To The Next Generation So They No Longer Rattle As Often As A Defense Mechanism?

Rattlesnakes used to rattle their tails when they felt frightened as a defense machinism, have they learned not to rattle their tails in order camouflage their location, and has this intelligence been passed through generations?

Not true in the least. A rattler will use it's tail when it is being threatened in a certain way, not just anytime a threat is present. They would rather not use their rattle, they would rather hide and blend in rather than announce where they are.
There isn't anything genetic about not using their tail. If you are out in their territory, be sure to watch where you are walking, and if you have kids with you, keep even more alert as kids tend to make a lot more noise than we adults can at times. Hope this helps.
