American Revolution raised in 1766 as a result of very illegal and terrible acts from British government. People of America decided to have a land of their own. They wanted to give a halt to colonization by Briton. So they finally decided their independence statement on 4th of July, 1776. They wrote down their articles of independence which were signed and ratified by all the thirteen colonies of America. Then they came out to start a war of independence again British government. George Washington fought bravely. They won the war and secured America as United States of America.
It had a positive impact on employment. As the people were free then, they were able to work for themselves. They were very able to do what pleases them. They started to give boost to the industry and agriculture sector of their country later. But at that time, they took the issue of employment seriously. Now there were no hard acts to follow. They were living into their own land where they had full freedom to spend their life according to their wills.
