What Other Foods Have Proteins Besides Meats?

I am new to blurtit and just felt the need to have to know the answers to my questions...

    Better protein sources other than meat are egg, royal jelly, beans, cheese, lentils, nuts, quorn, seeds, grains , milk, and soy.
    The recommended daily value of protein is 0.8 gram per kg. (for average weight adult).

      Tuna, lettuce, spinach, brocolli, cauliflower, etc... Greens have a lot of protein.
