Does Mccain Think He Can Win With That 52 Billion Dollar Plan?

I'm not sure what the 52 billion plan is there have been some many ways of wasting taxpayer dollars recently.  These people don't even know what a billion dollars looks like (a stack of tens 3,000 feet tall, some say).
McCain is desperate.  He knows-"It's the economy, stupid" wiped out G.H.W. Bush in '92.  He reminds me of Hilary for the last few months of her primary with Obama--it's over-- barring some really big happening of some kind and he is trying to find that magic answer.  I don't think he will find it.
I personally believe the outrage over bailing out banks and wall st. Will enter into all elections to a huge degree (it sure will for me) because it is un-American, anti-capitalistic, and pure socialism and income redistribution.  Most of the blogs and comments I see express that outrage and anti-incumbent.  McCain is so aligned with Bush he is going to suffer a bunch of that anti-incumbancy.  I may sound like it but I am not an Obama supporter.  I think this is the lousiest uneducated bunch of boobs we have ever had to select a president from.

He seems to think so. I certainly hope not.
