Where Can I Buy Gluten Free Food?

Answer Question

These days, with about one in hundred people having coeliac disease, an allergy to wheat which can range from very mild to the very severe, it is worth the while of most modern supermarkets selling wheat free products.  Neverthless, some only reserve a tiny place for these, although of course, it is not just coeliacs who prefer to live a gluten-free lifestyle.

Almost every kind of replacement is available from gluten free bread (its a bit like card board, but you can spread jam on it!) to beer and pastas.  However, one of the benefits of a gluten free existence is that the lack of this stuff provides our diet with a lot less processed rubbish in our diet.

There are a number of excellent websites where someone with a debit card can order a great range of gluten free food.  Just type the name of your country and Gluten Free Food into google for the best results!
