Yes. I have sleep apnea and don't have my machine yet due to confusion between the sleep study site and my Dr's office. One time I was at the library with my son and I fell asleep with my head on the table. The librarian had to wake me up because I was snoring too loudly and bothering the patrons. Talk about embarrassing!

My husband uses his machine and it really improves his quality of sleep. He awakes more rested and i do too, the snorig does not occur when he has on the mask. Hope your machine is there soon, pleasant dreams!
I don't but my husband does and it is VERY annoying, because I can't sleep when we are in bed together, and if we are watching t.v. He will fall asleep and snore and then I can't hear the t.v. Program and it's very hard to get him to bed. My husbands snoring is caused by weight gain because he never snored before he gained the weight.
