Should I Go To My Doctor Or What Should I Do?
So I have this mole and I scraped it on something the other day and it began to tear. It hurts really bad and it keeps catching on things and it began bleeding the other day.

Seeing as how you don't know if this mole has ever changed in appearance, or if looked "odd" before you had the accident with it, I think if it were me, I would go and have it checked out anyway, especially if it's ragged from being scraped, and continually opens up. If anything, I think I would have the doctor suggest some way that I could get it to heal up without constantly hurting it over and over, and not risking having an infection in it eventually.

Yes, I would go and have it removed just because it is a nuiasance. It is an easy procedure and you will be glad you got rid of it.
