While Parked In My RV A Motorhome Parked So Close To Me, I Turned His Outside Mirror With My Awning Support. No Visible Damage And He Was A Driver For An RV Dealership And If They Wholesaled It No Liability. They Wanted Me To Pay For A New Mirror. What Should I Do?
I live in Idaho, the incident occurred in Oregon, the RV Dealer is in Arizona. 3-Months after the incident the loss prevention Mgr. Calls and told me they wholesaled it out but wanted me to pay for a new mirror and labor as if they would have replaced it. What should I do?
