I have oily skin and acne. What's a good face wash to use to lower the amount of acne you have, and remove oil from your face?

I know this is going to sound harsh for your face; however, my daughter's dermatologist said to wash your face with Lava soap. Peace

hey- i used lava soap too. my mom said that was all my great grand parents could afford, so MawMaw used it on her face and had a complexion like silk. Keep you skin clean and never go to bed with your make up on (if you are a girl!) and use makeup for oily skin and try cleanseres fo oil skin, like neutrogena.
No, I didn't. I might, but I also heard it makes you break out like crazy.
