    This depends on your height,your frame size[your wrist measurement] and how active you are.   Women need less calories than men per day at the same level of activity. Nutritionist say woman need around 1800 calories a day.  Simple guide is to eat three meals a day that are a nutritional and balanced in carbs ,protein and fats [10%]..  If your hungry between meals snack on fruit,if your loosing weight bigger portions,gaining weight -smaller portions.
