How Do You Make A Chocolate Ice-cream Cake?

Can I bake a chocolate cake then cut the cake in half. After that, put the chocolate ice-cream in the middle then reassemble them?

    In order to make chocolate ice cream cake note own following ingredients along with their accurate measurement required.

    One pack of small chocolate chip cookies, melted margarine ( round about ¼ cup), hot fudge topping, ( 1 cup ), vanilla ice cream (two quarts) , whipped cream ( 1 cup), fresh and washed cherries (12).

    Now let us start making chocolate ice-cream cake. Make the crumbs by crushing at least twenty cookies. After making crumbs mix these chocolate cookies crumbs with the margarine (which we have taken in melted form). Put this mixture into pie plate. Make the remaining cookies stand around the edges of the pie pan. After doing this all spread ¾ of Soft creamy candy (or fudge) over that mixture. Now freeze this mixture for round about 20 to 25 minutes.

    After placing that in freezer, soften ice cream (about one quart) in a microwave. After the crust is being chilled, spread the softened ice cream over the fudge layer. Then freeze for 30 minutes. Now scoop the remaining quart of ice cream into balls and arrange over spread ice cream layer. Freeze it until it gets firm, 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dress up with rest of fudge topping, whipped cream and cherries.

                Well I am not a very good cook but somehow managed to get this recipe of chocolate ice cream, enjoy & remember me when eating it.

      The ingredients are:
      ½ cup (100 grams) fresh cream
      1 cup grated dark chocolate
      1 tablespoon cornflour
      1/3 cup sugar
      2½ cups (500 ml.) full fat milk
      a few drops vanilla essence

                Now the steps which I have written follow them in sequence.
      Combine the chocolate and ½ cup of milk in a pan and melt it over a slow flame till it becomes a smooth sauce. Cool slightly.

                In another pan, combine the remaining milk and sugar and bring it to a boil.
      Dissolve the cornflour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, add to the boiling milk and sugar and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the chocolate sauce and mix well. Cool completely and add the vanilla essence and cream. Mix well, pour into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is almost set.

                Divide the mixture into 2 batches and churn each batch separately in a blender till it is smooth. Transfer into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is firm. Scoop and serve.
