I have just downloaded a bluetooth device but each time i want to send a file I receive a message which says bluetooth device failed Why

Well there might be one of the following reasons.
- The file might not be downloaded correctly. So download the Bluethooth device again.
- You must not be pairing the device. If you want to send the file from computer to mobile or from mobile to computer send pair request from your computer.
- If every thing fails then there is some thing wrong with the software. Buy the new software.
