How And When To Resuscitate Using First Aid?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

It becomes to resuscitate an adult using first aid after the person is no longer breathing normally. CPR or cardio-pulmonary resuscitation has to be carried out to help revive the person before medical assistance arrives. Place the palm of one hand gripping the back of the other face down and start compressing the same by pressing the palms down four to five centimetres. After every set of thirty such compressions, breathing air should be conducted into the person . The person's nose should be closed tightly shut and two breaths of greater than one second duration each should be pumped into the person.

The cycle should continue till the person starts to breathe normally. In the case of infants, just two fingers have to be used and just one palm for a child. A person can also look and see if something is choking the person internally.
