The main thing is to keep sugar low. Easy on sweats, grains, sugary fruit. Berries and Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted bread are healthy replacements.
You should take Neptune Krill Oil for omega 3's.
    Replace table salt with RealSalt.
vegetable oils with extra virgin olive oil and avocados.
Eat Organic veggies, preferably certified organic.
    Calcium Magnesium Malate or Citrate
Trace minerals, TJ Clark's are the best.
    The herb, Turmeric.
8 glasses of pure water or spring water daily, more if sweating.

Arthritis is basically inflammation of the joints, SO you can eat:

You can drink alot of herbal teas.
70g of Protein a day eg. Chicken, pork, fish, turkey, tuna and salmon.
      Eggs you can eat.
Vegetables such as lots of greens and orange vegetables are very good.
Onions and garlic - but NO SALT.
Fruits are a bit touchy because a lot of them have sugar so what you can eat is grapefruit, berries (not strawberries), frozen or canned but make sure there is no sugar added.
FRUITS NOT TO TOUCH: Bananas, peaches, pears, oranges, pineappls and melons.

PLUS 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY - is very important.
