How Can I Run Faster?

I have been trying to improve my speed so that I can be #1. I can't really do that because I always get tired. Plus, another problem is that I don't have time to exercise and work out! Any suggestions on how to raise up the endurance and speed and time management for this? Please help. I am writing an article about this in my newspaper.

    • First you need a proper dress means exercise suit (comfortable and flexible pajama and t-shirt) and boots.
    • Then comes stretching and a little warm-up (10 to 15 minutes), if you don't do that then your muscles might pull. So before you star running or exercises warm-up and stretching is must.
    • And the final thing is stamina, which counts a lot, and it comes from practice. You can build the stamina by running as fast and as much as you can until you sweat and your legs starts to ache.

    These tips might help you.

    Best of luck buddy.

If you are heavy, then i think you should work out more and more, in order to get rid of your extra fat which stops you from running faster. Even if you are not, work out will generate energy within yourself and you won't get tired easily. Other than this, practise running everyday with the help of a friend or family who would measure the distance u have covered by using a stopwatch. Practice more; you know practice makes perfect.

I am not heavy at all. I am one of the skinny and fit people in my class. Thanks for the answer, but there is also another problem, I don't really have time everyday to work out.

So that you don't get tired you need to have a steady pace wile you are running. When I run that really helps me and with a steady pace I ran the mile in 7 min and before doing this I always ran the mile in 10 min. So try this and figure out if this can help you the way it helped me.

A really important thing is how you run. Always run with your arms up straight, your hands flat, and avoid making fists. This will allow air to go through and aroung your hands, which should help you pick uo your speed. Hope this helps!

You need to build the strength in your legs by running hills doing squats with or without weights or you can get a book with agility drills in them and follow it closely and most of all stretch daily before and after each exercise
