It is very difficult without the proper tools and even then it's a tricky operation. The biggest challenge to removing a windscreen in one piece is the RayBan wraparound-style of the screen. Seen from the side, the screen has a considerable bow in it.
If you want to attempt a windscreen removal, you will need two assistants in the vehicle to support the weight of the screen. With them holding the screen in place, cut as much as possible of the rubber windscreen seal away as you possibly can. Ideally, take the seal down so it is flush with the bodywork.
Find a third assistant and then ask the two inside the car to gently push the far corners of the screen outwards. You and your third assistant should be in place to receive the windscreen as it tips out. If there is any resistance at all, immediately stop pushing the screen or it will crack. Cut more of the seal away and try again.

We just did one on an old 90 commodore. Had to heat a long thin fishing knife, on portable gas burner, and cut through the sealant all the way round. Then put sheet under it and lifted it out. Worked OK. Hard work though. Above instructions very helpful
