After Menopause Does Your Urine Turn A Lot More Yellow?

I am 57 and I take a zinc/magnesium/calcium table one a day. Do not drink much water. But seems like my urine is much more concentrated and has a strong odor. Ifor my job. But was wondering if menopause had any thing to do with this?

That is because of the zinc, and the magnesium. Hope this helps.

Urine color is an indicator of how much water you have in your system.  A very light yellow to almost clear color is considered normal, but if it's intensely yellow, you are not getting enough water for your body.  It's possible that the tablets you're taking are acting as diuretics, but you do need to be drinking more water, or more water-based liquids.
Hope that helped you out a bit!
