My Cat Is A Female 2-4 Years Old And I Noticed Has A Hole On Her Right Paw.... Should I Be Scared Or Worried Or Take Her To The Vet?

She may have just stepped on something, unless it's bothering her, gets infected or bleeding a lot. Just let it be, put some Neosporin on it. If you want to take her in, you can, but it's probably nothing, you you want to, put some neosporin and some gauze on it. No need to be scared or worried, she probably just stepped on something.
