        It depends upon your height and if you are male or female.  You should ask the question with this information as well, because then a correct weight can be calculated using body mass.  You can probably find this information on the government website as well if you search food pyramid.  This website offers information like that plus basic nutritional information.

Normally people with longer heights have higher weights. On the other hand, whether you are a male or female also effects your weight. Apart from that genetics and age also plays its role.

          They give you an average on what you should weigh but it is all down to jeans and parents and there parents. Try some scales that show you ABM and that will give you average body mass. Hope this helps

          Don't go by the charts. Ask you doctor because he knows better. Or ask a personal trainer. If you have more muscle you will weigh more but be smaller in sizes. Peace

            It depends on how old you are. Like if I was 8 then I would at least weigh 68 lbs.

            You should probably weigh around 125.  There are weight charts you can compare.  It is according to your frame, height, etc.  Good-Luck.
