Do You Feel Guilty When You Do Nothing?

Sometimes I've felt this way. Not always. We all have some talent area-each and every one of us. But yes.
I definitely feel guilty many times even if I haven't made a mistake to where when I DO make a mistake,
it's ten thousand times more hard for me to get through the guilt. Sometimes I can relax but not often. I
don't know if it had to do with upbringing or just having a conscience. P.S.- When you say "Do you wait
for the moment to act", I'm not sure I totally understand what your asking there.

No, people do. We must occupy those who cant be occupied. Or feel at war with ourselves to maintain balance.

Well when the house is clean I don't feel guilty for sitting on the computer all day.... Depends on the situation really

I only feel guilty right when I wake in the mornings and right before I go to sleep because I feel that I should or could be doing something that is more cunducive that would be more beneficial for myself as well as my family,than me sleeping.Might sound strange,but I stay busy constantly so I don't have to deal with my self proclaimed uselessness.So if I was to do nothing,yes I would feel guilty

I feel VERY guilty when I do nothing, because in growing up, after my mother died, I couldn't do nothing, I had to take care of my little sister until she went to see our oldest sister,(whom she hates now). I had to learn how to cook and at times take care of my older sisters. One time they called me (Nurse Ja...), and I knew what I was supposed to do in life.
I will even when I am sick, get up and do my work around the house like today. I think after so many years if doing what I thought I was supposed to do, I dont' know how to take that break. Even while sick. I am going to try now that you brought that up. Lol
