Where Do I Find Information On "How Does A Fan Cool Body Heat"?

Found following info for you -
Instead of cooling a room, a fan actually heats it up.
Fans put air molecules in motion which causes friction and thus produces heat. The electricity that is used to run a fan also adds
    heat to a room.

One way that a body cools itself is to sweat. The heat which otherwise is used to heat the body is used to heat the water in the sweat.
The wind blown by a fan increases the temperature of the room and at
the same time it also increases the convective heat transfer of the
bodies it blows over. By increasing the evaporation rate of moisture
from the body it helps the body eliminate heat and so cool faster. The more
evaporation takes place the cooler the body feels.

In other cases fans serve as a mixer of warn air and cool air. It
replaced the air near people with cooler air. The cooler air is less
humid and this allows more water to evaporate into it.

So unless the air is hotter than the thing the fan is blowing on, the fan will warm up that object instead of cooling it.
