I Am A 18 Year Old Girl And My Weight Is 68. How Can I Reduce Weight? And What Should Be My Diet?
1 am a 18 year old girl, i just need to know what should be my diet in order to be fit because right now my Weight is 68 and my height is 5.6feet so please suggest me proper diet.

I assume you weigh 68 Kg which you have not mentioned. According to standard, a 18 years old girl should have height of at least 5 feet and 4 inches and weight of 57 Kg. As you are 5 feet and 6 inches , your weight should be 60 Kg. So you are over weight by 8 Kg. To reduce your weight, cut down fats, all bakary foods and sweats. Reduce protein up to 28 gram per day take only carbohydrate within limits. Go for brisk walk of 30-40 minutes daily.

Do you mean 68kg or 68 pounds. If you weigh 68 pounds, don't lose weight, gain lots of weight. If you want to lose weight exercise, even if that means a short walk, snack on fruits and vegetables, and eat food in smaller proportions!

Your weight sounds fine to me, i wouldn't worry but if you really want to lose weight try something like ballroom dancing or any other dancing, they really help. Eat things like nuts of fruit instead of chocolate etc, whenever possible do even a little bit of exercise like pacing while on the phone. Remember, walking burns as many calories as running for the same distance, the only difference is, running gets you there quicker.
