How Did You Get Into The Fitness Habit?

    I used to be a very lazy person by nature. I used to overeat and remain at rest. Consequently, I was overweight as well. This continued till the time when I joined an undergraduate program in my local university.

    Here, I was pointed at by my class fellows. They made fun of me behind my back because I lacked only fitness. So I said to myself, when I am so good at my studies why not be good otherwise as well. So I joined a fitness club and changed my diet completely. For two months I was literally surviving on air. After I has lost around 30 pounds, I calmed myself and started off with a normal diet and a normal exercise routine. I ate only when hungry and restricted my diet intake. On the other hand, I followed exercise religiously. I used to jogg for an hour or minimum half an hour. And sometimes replaced it with exercise.

    That day onwards, I have not changed my habits. Whether it rains or snows, I make sure I have done 30 minutes of exercise activity. And whether its a dinner or lunch, i never eat more than what is required.
