What you require is a driller 4 or 6 nails, curtain drapes of your choice, a ½ inch diameter rod about 6 inches bigger than the horizontal length of your window, and sockets to hold your rod in place.

          First of all you fix the sockets in the appropriate place above your window. Make sure they are placed perfectly apart so as to hold the rod perfectly across the window. Drill holes and nail the sockets in the place. Then place your curtain over the rod and fix the rod between the two sockets that you placed earlier. Just follow these basic steps and you will successfully be able to do your work.
