There an many  websites, which offer lesson plans for all grades K-12 and all the subjects within the grade levels. The easiest way to find sites with lesson plans is to enter Lesson Plans, Grades 3-5, in the browser and clicking. Within the sites there are links to other similar sites. There are volumes of free material such as Lesson Plans in many websites. You will need to browse the sites and click on the grade levels on the various pages and sites. I have placed a link below, which should be helpful; the lessons include levels within the grades.

Another site, which offers lesson plans for students who may be academically challenged is A to Z Teacher Stuff.com at www.atozteacherstuff.co This site provides Lesson Plans with Cards for each level and Learning Centers, which are downloadable along with lesson plans.
