How Do You Prepare Veggie Burgers?

    Divide the buns horizontally into 2. Heat some butter in a frying pan. Cook the buns for about 3 minutes on each side.

    Cut vegetables like beet, mashed potatoes, carrots, turnip finely. Heat fat in a vessel and sauté the onions for about a minute. Put turmeric powder, chill powder (according to the taste) and salt, and stir them till the vegetables are cooked. Sprinkle plain flour onto the vegetables, mix and cook again for a while. Mash the vegetables and put some coriander and green chillies. Stir again, and shape into cutlets. Roll in crumbs of bread and shallow fry in fat.   Put a salad leaf on each half bun and then add a vegetable cutlet. Add a tomato slice and onion ring. Pour tomato ketchup and cover the other part of the bun. Cover the bun with paper napkins and serve hot with potato wafers.
