I want to upload the photos and videos from the above phone but I don't have the cables and the cd to upload onto my computer. Please help!

It is impossible to upload photos without CD and cable of your phone. You have to buy the cable and CD from the market first. Then install the software on your computer and connect your phone and computer with cable. Then you will be able to upload photos.
